Your suppliers deliver to our warehouse at no cost to you. We receive and log the goods, then hold them for up to 180 days from the arrival date โ no rent, no minimum volume. If your goods sit longer, we will tell you before any charge applies, and you can move them to a paid storage plan or ship them out.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle shipping, customs clearance and import duty, and the price we quote is the landed cost โ nothing more to pay on arrival. It suits SMEs without an import licence or VAT/EORI registration. DDU means duty and tax are billed to you on arrival, which is cheaper up front but riskier if you cannot clear it. Tell us your destination and we will recommend the right one.
No. A small batch gets the same handling as a large one โ receiving, photo QC, consolidation. The freight rate per kilogram is higher on small volumes because that is how shipping works, not because we treat small customers differently. We will always tell you when a larger consolidation would meaningfully reduce your per-unit cost.
Yes, through dedicated channels with the required documentation โ UN38.3 summaries, MSDS, battery letters, mag-check results, fumigation certificates. We assess each shipment individually because the rules depend on the exact product and destination. Send us the product description and we will tell you whether it is shippable, by which route, at what cost.
We confirm that the supplier exists, is trading, and matches what they claim, before you send payment โ business licence, trading history, capacity, audit report on request. We do not take commission from suppliers. Our income is your service fee, which is written into our terms. If we negotiate a better price from a factory, we pass the saving on to you rather than banking it.
Sea LCL is roughly 25โ40 days port to port, sea FCL 20โ35, air 5โ9, rail into Europe around 18โ25, express 3โ7 โ plus customs clearance. China domestic transit to our warehouse is typically 1โ3 days depending on city. These are working estimates, not guarantees: weather, customs holds and peak season all add time, and we will always give you the realistic window rather than the optimistic one.
